First-round match at the ITF M15 tournament in Heraklion, Greece, between Benjamin Pietri and US player Miles Jones. The match is scheduled for 1 November 2026 at 08:00 UTC.
Benjamin Pietri: French entrant in Heraklion
Pietri competes on the ITF World Tennis Tour, where he regularly features in qualifying and main draws at M15 level. Public reports suggest his hard-court results in Greece can offer a form reference, though detailed 2026 season data in open sources is limited.
Miles Jones: US player in the M15 draw
Jones represents the United States and also plays ITF M15 events. The match will test his ability to adapt to Heraklion conditions and sustain longer baseline exchanges; public information on his current ranking is insufficient for firm conclusions.
What the Heraklion match will test
The Heraklion event is typically played on outdoor hard courts, rewarding consistent serving and patience from the back of the court. The outcome is not clear-cut: both players are at a similar ITF level, and early-round matches often hinge on freshness and adaptation.
