At the Rolex Paris Masters doubles draw, Alexander Erler and Daniil Medvedev are listed against Kevin Krawietz and Tim Puetz. The match is scheduled for 3 November 2026 on indoor hard court in Paris.
Erler and Medvedev: an unusual doubles pairing
Erler, an Austrian doubles specialist, usually partners Lucas Miedler. Medvedev is a former singles world No. 1 whose doubles outings are rare, so public reports suggest this should be treated as a one-off pairing. The match tests whether Erler's court positioning can complement Medvedev's baseline game.
Krawietz and Puetz: established German team
Krawietz is a former Roland Garros doubles champion with Andreas Mies; Puetz has been a regular in the upper reaches of the doubles rankings. Their settled teamwork and net coverage make them a useful benchmark. Recent form should be checked against the official ATP draw.
