Luciano Darderi of Italy and Australian Rinky Hijikata meet at the Rolex Paris Masters, an ATP Masters 1000 indoor hard-court event. The match is listed for 2 November 2026 at 09:00 UTC.
Luciano Darderi: clay-court pedigree, hard-court test
Darderi is a right-handed baseliner whose public results show a clay-court bias, including an ATP singles title in Cordoba in 2024. On indoor hard courts, the matchup tests his first-strike tennis and ability to shorten points against a returner who likes pace.
Rinky Hijikata: Australian aggression and doubles craft
Hijikata is an Australian singles player and, according to public reports, the 2024 Australian Open men’s doubles champion with Jason Kubler. His game is built on early ball-striking and forward movement; against Darderi, the key question is whether he can impose tempo and handle heavy topspin.
